Because our units are large, often customized, and delivered with significant logistics, our returns, refunds, and warranty rules are built for real-world practicality. This makes expectations clear for everyone, protects both you and us, and keeps projects on track.

Returns

When returns are allowed

Returns are only accepted under very specific conditions:

  1. Wrong unit delivered
      - The model, size, or configuration is not what was ordered.
  2. Major structural or manufacturing defect
      - Damage or defect that makes the unit unusable or unsafe, and not caused by transport handling after delivery.
  3. Unused and uninstalled
      - The unit is still in the delivered state, not placed, modified, or used in any way.

If one of these applies, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.
We will review, confirm eligibility, and if approved, arrange return pickup or other corrective action.

When returns are not allowed

  • Customized or modified units.
  • Units that have been installed, used, or placed on site.
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
  • Incorrect measurement or site access issues on the buyer’s side.
  • Delays or issues caused by third-party contractors, crane or lifting vendors.
  • Cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality or safety.

How returns work

  • You contact us with photos, order reference, and a description within 48 hours.
  • Our team issues an authorization if the case is eligible.
  • The unit must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
  • Unauthorized returns will be refused; the carrier will not collect.

Refunds

Timeline

  • Once the return is approved and the unit is collected and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.

Deductions or fees that may apply

  • Delivery, installation, or crane service fees are non-refundable.
  • A restocking or handling fee up to 15% may apply to cover costs of inspection, transport, and admin.
  • For custom orders not yet in production, a refund may be given minus any administrative costs or materials already allocated.

Method

Refunds are issued via the original payment method: bank transfer, card, or cashier’s check method used for the purchase.

Warranty

We offer a limited warranty that is clear and easy to understand, designed for both standard and custom units.

Coverage

Structural warranty

  • Covers the steel frame, container body, and overall structural integrity for 12 months from delivery against manufacturing defects or structural failures.

Fixtures and utilities warranty

  • Covers plumbing, electrical components, and interior fixtures for 6 months from delivery, or the original manufacturer warranty if that is longer or specified.

What is not covered

  • Damage from improper installation by third parties.
  • Modifications or repairs done without written approval from us.
  • Misuse, vandalism, natural disasters, or acts beyond normal wear and tear.
  • Cosmetic wear after delivery, unless it affects safety or functionality.

Claim process

  1. Email sales@arcontainer.com with:
    • Order reference number
    • Photos of the issue
    • Brief description of what happened
  2. We respond within 2–3 business days to:
    • Confirm coverage, or
    • Request further information, or
    • Schedule inspection or next steps.
  3. If approved, we will:
    • Provide guidance or support for on-site repairs, or
    • Ship replacement parts where feasible, or
    • In rare cases, offer partial credit or replacement unit at our discretion.
