Order Processing Timeline

1. Order Confirmation

Once your payment is received and verified, your order moves into the processing and scheduling queue. You’ll receive:

  • A confirmation email with your invoice and reference number
  • An expected dispatch estimate based on the product type and your location

2. Processing Duration

  • In-stock standard units: Typically processed within 2–5 business days
  • Customized units: May take 10–25 business days, depending on complexity (e.g. electrical layout, internal partitions, fixtures)

Shipping & Dispatch

All deliveries are handled by licensed heavy-haul and flatbed transporters who specialize in modular cargo.

Dispatch Process

  • You’ll receive a dispatch notice with tracking updates (when available)
  • The driver or dispatch team will contact you 24–48 hours before scheduled delivery to coordinate access and placement

We recommend ensuring the site is clear and accessible for delivery, including enough clearance for crane or forklift operations where needed.
