1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, placing an order, or engaging in business with ALL RIGHT CONTAINER INC., you (the “Client”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all transactions related to the purchase, customization, delivery, and use of portable cabins, container homes, welfare units, and related services.

2. Products & Services

We sell portable buildings and modular container units for a range of residential, commercial, and industrial purposes. Product categories include but are not limited to:

  • Standard and customized cabins
  • Toilet and shower blocks
  • Welfare and shop units
  • Container-based mobile structures

Product specifications, images, dimensions, and configurations are made available on our website. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations may occur due to customization or fabrication processes. We reserve the right to modify or update product information at any time without prior notice.

3. Ordering Process

Orders are confirmed only when:

  • A formal quotation is accepted
  • A payment (full or partial) is received and cleared
  • A written invoice and/or order confirmation is issued by ALL RIGHT CONTAINER INC.

Customized orders require detailed specifications from the Client, including dimensions, features, and usage intentions. Delays in providing this information may impact production timelines.

We reserve the right to reject orders at our discretion.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We accept payment via wire/bank transfer (preferred), credit/debit card, and cashier’s check.
  • Orders involving customization or bulk units may require part payments (e.g. 50% deposit upfront).
  • Full payment is required prior to shipment or delivery, regardless of production status.

Failure to complete payment may result in delay, order cancellation, or forfeiture of deposit based on costs already incurred.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Site Access

ALL RIGHT CONTAINER INC. offers nationwide delivery and installation. The timeline for delivery depends on product type, order volume, destination, and third-party logistics schedules.

Estimated timelines:

  • Standard in-stock units: 2–7 business days post-processing
  • Customized units: 10–25 business days fabrication + 3–10 business days transit

Clients are responsible for:

  • Ensuring site accessibility (for truck, crane, or forklift)
  • Clearing and leveling the area prior to delivery
  • Having a site contact present on delivery day

Delays caused by inaccessible sites or lack of coordination may result in additional charges.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted under limited, pre-approved conditions (see our full Returns & Warranty Policy).

Acceptable returns must:

  • Be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Be unused, uninstalled, and in original delivered condition
  • Have received written approval for pickup
  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–14 business days after inspection and subject to applicable restocking or handling fees. Custom-built units are non-refundable.

7. Warranty & Liability

We offer limited warranties on:

  • Structural integrity (12 months)
  • Utilities and fixtures (6 months)

This warranty does not cover:

  • Improper installations by unauthorized contractors
  • Accidental damage, misuse, natural disasters, or site-related wear
  • Unauthorized modifications post-delivery

ALL RIGHT CONTAINER INC. is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of income, time, or opportunity
  • Costs incurred from delays beyond our control (e.g. weather, transport issues, material shortages)

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, floorplans, renderings, content, and visuals on our website and documentation are the exclusive property of ALL RIGHT CONTAINER INC. Clients are not permitted to replicate, reproduce, or use these materials for resale, distribution, or branding purposes without prior written approval.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, labor strikes, shipping disruptions, or material shortages.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage amicable resolution through direct negotiation.

Should legal action be required:

  • Governing Law: State of New York, USA
  • Jurisdiction: The appropriate courts located in Suffolk County, New York

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and apply to all subsequent transactions. It is the Client’s responsibility to review the latest version before confirming an order.
